Job Description
We are hiring a versatile and proactive Store & Delivery Associate to play a dual role in last-mile delivery and store operations. This is a multi-hat position where your primary focus will be on ensuring timely, accurate deliveries, while also actively supporting the day-to-day functions of our store. You will be a crucial link in our operational chain, ensuring customer satisfaction through both direct service and backend support. This role demands flexibility, discipline, and a strong commitment to teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute scheduled deliveries efficiently, ensuring safe handling and on-time arrival of all orders.
• Collect necessary delivery acknowledgments and documentation from customers.
• Assist in-store with tasks including order picking, packing, staging, and basic inventory management.
• Support the receiving process for inward materials and their proper storage (put-away).
• Interact professionally with customers at their locations and address basic delivery-related queries.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safety and documentation.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a reliable individual with experience in delivery operations, preferably within fast-paced sectors like healthcare, pharma, or e-commerce. You must be comfortable with a varied routine, possess strong discipline, and have the ability to use basic mobile apps for communication and task management.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Must possess a valid driving license.
• Prior experience in delivery or logistics (healthcare, pharma, FMCG, e-commerce preferred).
• Ownership of a two-wheeler is preferred; maintenance and fuel allowances are provided.
• Basic comfort with using mobile applications and communication tools.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and adherence to procedures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to loading, unloading, and store assistance.
