Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager with a strong background in real estate and construction materials management. This full-time, in-person role requires overseeing the inventory and store operations for multiple project sites simultaneously. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of building and finishing materials, ensuring smooth flow from requisition to dispatch, and adhering to strict operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complete inventory lifecycle: requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
• Maintain and update records of incoming and outgoing materials across multiple construction sites.
• Prepare MRN (Material Receipt Note) and MIN (Material Issue Note) using material management or ERP software.
• Execute day-to-day store functions as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Maintain all store registers, including stock registers, asset registers, and reconciliation statements.
• Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained and oversee proper stock issuance methods.
• Review daily store functions and ERP updates for all sites.
• Take overall responsibility for stores, dispatch, and purchase-related activities.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses extensive hands-on experience in construction material management within the real estate sector. You must be proficient in using ERP or material management software and capable of managing multiple sites with precision.
Mandatory Requirements:
• 5–10 years of experience working in real estate or with builders, specifically in store/material management.
• Proven experience in handling inventory, MRR, MRN, MIN, and stock reconciliation.
• Ability to manage records for multiple project sites simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Material Management Software or ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of store SOPs and inventory control methods.
