Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our flagship boutique in Juhu, Mumbai. You will be the cornerstone of our retail operations, responsible for delivering a premium brand experience and driving business growth. Your role encompasses everything from daily store management and sales leadership to team development and customer relationship excellence.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Managing day-to-day store operations while upholding Kaftanize brand aesthetics, service standards, and visual merchandising.
• Driving monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective upselling, cross-selling, and execution of promotions and seasonal sales.
• Ensuring a premium, personalized shopping experience by assisting with styling, fabric knowledge, and resolving customer feedback.
• Leading, training, and motivating the store team, managing rosters, and maintaining grooming and discipline standards.
• Overseeing all inventory processes, from stock replenishment to shrinkage management and coordination with headquarters.
• Handling POS operations, daily cash reconciliation, and preparing sales, stock, and performance reports.
• Bridging online-offline sales by supporting walk-in orders, social media inquiries, and coordinating pickups and returns with the D2C team.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:
• Graduate/Diploma in Fashion, Retail, or Business is preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in fashion or ethnic wear retail management.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, fits, and styling for kaftans and resort wear.
• Excellent customer handling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic Excel for reporting.
