Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Storekeeper to join our team at Courtside. This is a pivotal full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for managing all inventory and storage operations for the venue, while also providing oversight and support to the bar and restaurant’s daily management.
You will ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods, maintain accurate records, and play a key role in supporting venue operations through diligent stock control and organization.
Primary Role: Manage end-to-end storekeeping operations for the entire Courtside venue.
Inventory Management : Receive, inspect, and store all deliveries. Maintain optimal stock levels for the bar, restaurant, and general venue supplies.
Venue Oversight : Take responsibility for supporting the management of the bar and restaurant, ensuring supply availability and efficient stock usage.
Operations Support : Ensure all storage areas are organized, secure, and comply with health and safety standards.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is an organized, hands-on individual with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. You should be capable of working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, managing multiple tasks, and maintaining clear and accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee overall storekeeping, including receiving, issuing, and recording all inventory.
• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records to prevent shortages or wastage.
• Coordinate with bar and restaurant teams to understand supply needs and ensure timely availability of items.
• Ensure storage areas are clean, orderly, and safely organized.
Essential Skills:
• Proven experience in storekeeping or inventory management, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to take initiative and responsibility for venue operations support.
• Good physical stamina for handling stock and managing storage areas.
