Job Description
Cadetronics is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage our inventory and store operations. This is a critical role within our manufacturing unit, responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of mechanical components and materials. You will be the custodian of our stock, overseeing everything from receiving and storage to issuance and accurate record-keeping.
Your primary duties will involve maintaining a well-organized store, processing inward and outward material movements, and keeping precise digital records. We are open to both experienced professionals and freshers who are eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment. Skill Requirement
We are looking for a reliable individual with basic knowledge of mechanical parts and proficiency in inventory software. Accuracy, organizational skills, and a systematic approach are essential for this role.
For Experienced Candidates (Required):
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably within a manufacturing company.
Practical knowledge of mechanical components and their handling.
Proven experience in maintaining store entries in Tally for all inward and outward transactions.
Experience in proper storage, inventory maintenance, and issuing/receiving items.
Key Responsibilities for All Candidates:
Maintain accurate store entries in Tally ERP for all material movements (inward/outward).
Receive, inspect, and store all mechanical parts and components systematically.
Manage overall inventory, conduct periodic stock checks, and maintain optimal stock levels.
Issue materials to production or other departments against authorized requisitions.
Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-organized at all times.
Prepare and maintain related documentation (GRNs, issue slips, stock reports).
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
Proficiency in Tally software is highly advantageous.
Basic understanding of English for documentation and communication.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Physical ability to handle and organize stock.
Honest, methodical, and responsible work ethic.
Work Location: This is a full-time, in-person role based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
