Job Description
The Materials & Logistics Coordinator is essential for managing the end-to-end flow of materials within our operations. This role focuses on accurate inventory tracking, efficient ERP system management, and seamless coordination of dispatch activities. You will ensure that goods are received, processed, invoiced, and dispatched correctly, maintaining smooth operations and supporting timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & ERP Management: Monitor daily material movements and stock levels. Accurately operate the ERP SAP system to record all goods receipts and issues.
Documentation & Invoicing: Generate invoices, supervise packing processes, and prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) to ensure proper documentation.
Dispatch Coordination: Arrange and coordinate with transport partners for the timely dispatch of materials. Oversee the entire dispatch process from packing to shipment.
Process Compliance: Ensure all material handling and documentation comply with company procedures and quality standards
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with experience in inventory and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using ERP systems, particularly SAP, and possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in materials management, logistics, or a related role. Hands-on experience with ERP SAP is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) for inventory and material management, along with basic knowledge of MS Office.
Operational Competence: Understanding of stock management, GRN processes, invoicing, and dispatch coordination.
Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, ability to work independently, and a problem-solving mindset.
