Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end visa application process for key destinations (NZ, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe), including counseling, admissions, documentation, and submission.
• Provide expert, up-to-date guidance on visa regulations, financial requirements, and interview preparation.
• Meticulously review and verify all application documents (financial proofs, SOPs, academic records) to ensure 100% compliance.
• Conduct mock visa interviews to build student confidence and optimize approval chances.
• Proactively research and stay informed on changing immigration laws and embassy policies.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with students through regular communication and emotional support throughout the visa process.

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced, empathetic professional with a proven track record in student visa counseling. We are looking for someone with deep knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for guiding students toward their dreams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in study abroad visa counseling with a high visa success rate.
• Deep, current knowledge of student visa policies and financial requirements for major study destinations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; persuasive yet empathetic.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM software and digital application portals.
• Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Mumbai, Maharashtra.
