Job Description
This is a full-time role for a Tally Software Support & Sales Executive based in person in Western Mumbai or Thane. The primary function is to provide expert customer support and drive sales for Tally software add-ons. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire sales cycle, from demonstrating product features to ensuring their satisfaction post-purchase. The position requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and excellent customer service skills to help clients optimize their use of Tally solutions.
• Provide online demonstrations of Tally add-ons to potential customers using remote access tools like AnyDesk.
• Offer comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales technical support for Tally.ERP9 or TallyPrime add-ons.
• Conduct follow-up calls with customers to address queries, gather feedback, and nurture relationships.
• Assist clients in understanding and implementing add-on features to meet their business needs.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a graduate with a strong foundational knowledge of Tally accounting software. You must be a confident communicator, capable of explaining technical details clearly to customers in both sales and support contexts. Self-motivation and a proactive approach to customer follow-up are essential for success in this role. The position is specifically for candidates residing in or around Western Mumbai or Thane.
