Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and caring female teacher for tuition classes for students from Grade 3 to Grade 5. The role involves teaching core subjects while creating a positive, engaging, and enjoyable learning environment that supports overall academic and personal development of the child.
• Teach primary-level subjects including English, Hindi, Maths, Science, and related topics
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in an engaging and interactive manner
• Make learning fun, creative, and easy to understand for young learners
• Encourage curiosity, confidence, and good learning habits
• Provide individual attention and track student progress regularly
• Support additional responsibilities if assigned, with scope for a full-time personal assistant role
• Maintain clear communication with parents regarding academic performance
• Follow a general shift schedule from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a genuine interest in teaching young children. Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory, making this role suitable for enthusiastic freshers as well.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
• Basic knowledge of primary-level Maths, Science, and general subjects
• Good communication skills with a calm, kind, and patient approach
• Ability to engage children and make learning enjoyable
• Prior teaching experience in primary or pre-primary section preferred
• Freshers with strong teaching aptitude are welcome
• Willingness to work full-time or part-time as required
