• Manage and guide a team of consultants in the assigned micro-market
• Interact with customers who have visited projects through team consultants
• Monitor daily targets and ensure adherence to core organizational processes
• Attend all closure meetings and support deal finalization
• Assist customers in negotiations with developer teams
