We are looking for an energetic and reliable team member to support the daily operations of our pizza store. In this hands-on role, you will be integral to kitchen preparations, customer service, and maintaining the high standards of our store. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth service and a positive experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with food preparation and pizza-making activities according to established recipes and standards.
• Handle daily store operations efficiently, including managing customer orders, billing, and packing.
• Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety protocols in all areas of the store.
• Provide friendly and effective customer service at the counter and for order fulfillment.
• Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines meticulously.
Skill Requirement

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel, restaurant, or QSR environment is required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and support colleagues during busy periods.
• Strong commitment to hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude for customer interactions.
• Reliable and able to commute to or relocate near Chandivali, Mumbai.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic schedule as per store needs.
