Dusane Infotech is looking for a motivated Technical/Application Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in the gaming domain. This entry-level role is perfect for a fresher with foundational knowledge in SQL, networking, and strong communication skills. You will be part of a technical operations team, providing support for software products, handling customer inquiries, and contributing to product implementation—with opportunities for both domestic and international travel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical and application support for gaming software products through call and email channels.
• Troubleshoot basic software, network, and database-related issues using SQL and networking fundamentals.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to ensure timely resolution of support tickets.
• Assist in the implementation and deployment of products at client sites, both domestically and internationally.
• Document support interactions, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Participate in rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 support coverage.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a fresher with strong analytical and communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced gaming technology environment.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience: 0–8 months of experience (freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Technical Skills:
• Basic knowledge of SQL (queries, databases).
• Understanding of fundamental networking concepts.
• Familiarity with handling general software products and troubleshooting.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional email etiquette.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Travel: Ready to travel domestically and internationally for client support and product implementation.
• Location: Based in Thane, Maharashtra, with onsite opportunities.
