Zealver Living Pvt. Ltd., operating Zealver Silent Hills Assisted Living Facility in Belapur, Navi Mumbai, is seeking a compassionate and organized Tele Caller & Client Coordination Executive. This is a full-time, on-site role with a 6-day work week. You will be a crucial link between prospective residents and our facility, managing communications, coordinating visits, and supporting the admission process with empathy and professionalism.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Making outbound calls to prospective clients, families, and referral partners to introduce our assisted living services and value proposition.
• Qualifying leads by understanding care needs, budget, and decision timelines through empathetic conversations.
• Scheduling and coordinating client meetings and site visits, managing calendars between clients, sales, and facility staff.
• Conducting diligent follow-ups with interested families via call, WhatsApp, and email to support the decision-making process.
• Maintaining accurate lead records in CRM/Google Sheets, updating call logs, visit statuses, and meeting outcomes.
• Providing administrative support for admission documentation and assisting internal teams with data compilation and reports.
This role is central to creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth, supportive experience for seniors and their families exploring assisted living options.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience in telecalling, client coordination, or customer support, preferably within healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or real estate. Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also be considered.
Required skills and competencies include:
• Communication: Strong verbal fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of the local language is preferred. A polite, empathetic, and reassuring phone manner is essential.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for record-keeping and experience using WhatsApp Business for client communication.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent follow-up discipline, time management, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Industry Aptitude: A sensitive and professional approach to interacting with senior citizens and their families. Experience in healthcare or hospitality is a significant advantage.
• Attributes: Must be confident in outbound calling, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong client-service focus.
