Job Description
We are seeking a focused and results-driven Senior Telecaller to join Dr. Munish Sharma’s National Skin Institute, specializing in payment follow-up through outbound calls. In this role, you will proactively contact customers who have incomplete transactions, using persuasive communication to secure payments and ensure timely collections. You must be self-sufficient, organized, and comfortable working with data in a fast-paced environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Making professional outbound calls to follow up on incomplete customer payments.
• Encouraging customers to complete their pending transactions through persuasive communication.
• Accurately recording all call details and follow-up statuses in Google Sheets.
• Preparing and submitting daily reports on call activity and payment status.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor while managing payment-related conversations.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is an experienced telecaller with strong convincing skills, familiarity with digital tools, and the discipline to work independently. You must be comfortable with sales-oriented calls, payment follow-ups, and managing your own workflow with minimal supervision.
We require the following qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of proven telecalling experience (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Must have your own laptop (candidates without a personal laptop should not apply).
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfort with payment follow-ups and a target-driven approach.
• Commitment to completing at least 1 month of employment post-selection.
