Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the key voice connecting our products and services with potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to generate quality leads, nurture prospect relationships, and drive sales conversions over the phone, directly contributing to our business growth and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales & Lead Generation: Proactively make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce offerings and identify sales opportunities.
Sales Conversion & Target Achievement: Clearly articulate product/service benefits, address customer needs, and persuasively close sales to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Conduct consistent follow-ups with leads, manage regular customer interactions, and handle queries or objections professionally to build lasting relationships.
Data Management & Coordination: Accurately log all call details, lead status, and sales in CRM/Excel. Coordinate seamlessly with the sales and support teams for smooth order processing.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a resilient and persuasive communicator with a proven track record in tele-sales. The ideal candidate thrives in a target-oriented environment, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and can maintain a positive attitude while navigating customer conversations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, or a similar outbound sales role.
Education: Minimum 12th pass; a graduate degree is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills, with fluency in Hindi and English (knowledge of a regional language is a plus).
Technical Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel, CRM software, and calling systems.
Core Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, ability to handle rejection, and a target-driven mindset. Must be a good listener and an effective problem-solver.
