Tele Caller Executive – Real Estate

Job Description

Graviti Properties, a rapidly growing real estate consulting firm in the UAE, is seeking a dedicated Tele Caller to join our Mumbai team (BKC/Wadala). This is a full-time, on-site role with a Tuesday weekly off. You will be a key point of contact, managing client communications and supporting our sales initiatives in the dynamic Middle Eastern real estate market.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls and providing exceptional client service. Your primary duties will include:
• Handling inbound and outbound calls with the utmost professionalism.
• Providing accurate information about properties and resolving client queries.
• Capturing detailed customer information and identifying potential sales opportunities.
• Scheduling appointments for the sales team and managing RSVP for property shows.
• Updating and maintaining organized records in the CRM system.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate will be a proactive female professional with strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset. Excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele are essential for success in this client-facing role.

We require the following qualifications and skills:
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Proven experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or customer service.
• Ability to confidently engage clients and solve problems efficiently.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining systematic data.
• Commitment to making 100–150 calls daily to generate quality leads.
• Previous experience in real estate or international/domestic call centers is an advantage.
• Multilingual skills and knowledge of property management are a plus.
