Job Description
We are seeking energetic and goal-driven Telecalling Executives to join our fast-growing real estate division in Navi Mumbai. In this high-impact role, you will be the vital first point of contact for potential buyers. Your primary mission is to generate interest in our properties through persuasive communication, directly contributing to our sales pipeline and revenue growth. You will be responsible for converting calls into confirmed site visits, acting as a crucial bridge between our prospects and the field sales team. This is a target-oriented position with a clear focus on measurable results.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Making a minimum of 350 outbound calls per day to prospective customers.
• Persuasively pitching our real estate projects and their unique selling points over the phone.
• Booking and confirming a minimum of 6 site visits per week (24 per month).
• Maintaining meticulous daily records of all calls, leads, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinating effectively with the field sales team to ensure a seamless site visit experience for clients.
• Professionally handling customer queries and providing accurate project information.
• Adhering to a result-oriented communication style to build interest and trust.

The qualifications and details for this role are:
• Education: Minimum qualification of HSC (12th pass) or Graduate.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling or real estate is a plus.
• Skills: Must be confident, fluent in communication (English & Hindi/local language), and familiar with basic computer operations and CRM tools.
• Work Schedule: 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off.
• Job Type: This is a full-time, in-person role based in Navi Mumbai.
• Salary & Benefits: Base pay of ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, plus unlimited incentives based on performance. Includes professional sales training, mentoring, and fast-track career growth.
