Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Telecaller to join our education team. Your primary role will be to generate walk-in enquiries through outbound cold calling and convert leads into admissions by counselling students and parents professionally. This is a target-driven position where you will coordinate closely with the center team to achieve daily and monthly admission goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls and handle inbound enquiry calls.
Counsel students and parents on courses, eligibility, fees, and institute benefits.
Convert walk-ins into admissions through effective counselling.
Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and communication via calls and WhatsApp.
Coordinate with the center team to schedule counselling sessions.
Achieve daily calling targets and monthly admission targets.
Ensure all communication is professional and in line with institute standards.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of telecalling or counselling experience, preferably in an education or training institute. Strong communication, persuasion, and goal orientation are essential.
Required Competencies:
Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling, cold calling, or counselling.
Experience in education, coaching, or service sector preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.
Ability to handle objections and close admissions.
Target-driven and result-focused approach.
Basic computer skills including Excel and WhatsApp.
