ASAPP Info Global Group is a premier information platform and a recognized leader in business media for the Construction, Infrastructure, and Manufacturing sectors. We are looking for a motivated Subscription Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind growing our subscriber base for prestigious B2B publications like Construction World and Infrastructure Today. Your primary mission will be to acquire new subscribers, nurture existing relationships, and consistently meet ambitious sales targets through proactive outreach and customer engagement.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Sales Generation: Actively identifying and pursuing new subscription opportunities for our portfolio of industry-leading magazines.
• Client Outreach: Conducting proactive sales campaigns via telephone and email to attract new clients and retain current subscribers.
• Customer Engagement: Understanding client needs, recommending tailored subscription packages, and effectively communicating the unique value of our publications.
• Market Intelligence: Researching industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and enhance our subscription offerings.
• Performance Tracking: Preparing detailed weekly and monthly sales reports to monitor progress against targets and inform strategic adjustments.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented sales professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for B2B engagement. You should be persuasive, resilient, and capable of building strong professional relationships over the phone and email. A keen understanding of customer service and the ability to work independently towards targets are essential for success in this role.
Required experience and qualifications include:
• Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, with a strong preference for backgrounds in B2B magazine subscriptions, publishing, or media.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Core Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities, and a consistent track record of meeting sales targets.
• Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Logistics: Must be available to work in-person from our Sewri West, Mumbai office, following a schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, with one working Saturday per month.
