Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and patient-centric Tele-Caller to join our healthcare center. In this full-time role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing all inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism and care. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating patient visits, diligently updating our lead database, and working collaboratively with the team to meet monthly targets for lead conversion and scheduled appointments.
• Position: Full-time Tele-Caller for a healthcare center.
• Location: In-person role; preference for candidates residing in or near Andheri, Kalyan, or Vasai.
• Core Responsibility: Manage all inbound calls, provide information, and schedule patient visits.
• Key Duties: Maintain and update the lead database, ensure prompt response to all inquiries, and convert leads into confirmed center visits.
• Team Goal: Collaborate closely with the team to achieve monthly lead and visit conversion targets.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi, and possesses strong persuasion and rapport-building skills. We prefer female candidates with experience in tele-calling or inside sales, particularly within the healthcare or service industry. A self-motivated, empathetic individual who thrives in a target-driven environment and upholds a “win-win-win” philosophy for patients, team, and organization will excel in this role.
• Mandatory Skills: Exceptional communication and listening skills. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Strong selling, persuasion, and empathetic rapport-building abilities.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of the healthcare sector. Familiarity with Mumbai geography is preferred.
• Traits: Confident, self-motivated (“Go-getter” attitude), caring, empathetic, and dedicated.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in Telesales, preferably within the Healthcare or IVF industry.
• Logistics: Must be comfortable working in a target-driven, in-person environment.
