Join Vastu Nirvana LLP as a Telemarketer and play a crucial role in driving our real estate and pre-sales efforts. This is a full-time position ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining services, converting leads into walk-ins, and supporting sales goals through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Calling & Conversion: Call provided leads daily, explain services, and convert enquiries into confirmed walk-ins or appointments.
Follow-Up Management: Regularly follow up with warm and cold leads to re-engage and nurture interest.
Appointment Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team to schedule walk-ins and ensure customers are well-informed.
Data & Documentation: Maintain call logs, follow-up status, and lead progress in CRM or Excel.
Customer Handling: Answer basic queries professionally and escalate complex issues to the relevant team.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Additional Tasks: Participate in training, support marketing campaigns, and collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Skill Requirement
We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible individual with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and achieve targets in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Required Skills & Attributes:
Communication Skills: Good command of Hindi and English (regional language is a plus).
Sales & Persuasion: Ability to explain services, handle objections, and persuade potential customers.
Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools for data management.
Customer Service: Polite, professional, and patient while handling customer queries.
Target-Oriented: Self-motivated to meet and exceed calling and conversion goals.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams.
Experience
This role is perfect for freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or lead conversion.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in telemarketing, pre-sales, or customer support (especially in real estate).
Familiarity with CRM systems, Excel sheets, and call management tools.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
A basic educational qualification is required, with preference given to graduates.
Required:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Advantageous:
