Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible Telecallers to join our team. In this role, you will be the vital link between potential customers and our services. Your primary mission will be to connect with leads, clearly explain our offerings, and convert interest into confirmed appointments or walk-ins. This position is an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to one year of experience in customer-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement & Conversion: Make daily calls to provided leads, articulating service benefits and persuasively converting interest into scheduled walk-ins.
Follow-Up Management: Systematically follow up with warm leads and re-engage cold leads through reminders and updates to maximize conversion opportunities.
Appointment Coordination: Ensure customers are well-informed and coordinate seamlessly with the sales team to facilitate confirmed walk-ins.
Data Management: Accurately maintain call logs, lead status, and daily reports in CRM/Excel sheets to ensure data integrity.
Customer Communication: Handle all calls with a polite and professional tone, resolving basic queries and escalating complex issues appropriately.
Target Achievement: Diligently work towards meeting daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets to support team goals.
Team Collaboration: Participate in training, support campaign calls, and work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams for overall success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Communication: Good command of Hindi, English, or relevant regional languages.
Sales Aptitude: Basic understanding of sales principles and customer interaction.
Resilience: Ability to persuade, handle objections, and maintain a positive demeanor.
Technical Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge for using Excel, CRM tools, and WhatsApp.
Attitude: Proactive learner with discipline and a strong work ethic.
Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates are preferred but not mandatory.
