Position Overview
We are hiring a motivated Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling TECH’s diverse range of online programs to prospective students. Through consultative phone-based sales, you will guide potential learners, support their enrollment process, and ensure a smooth and satisfying educational journey.
Key Responsibilities
Present, explain, and sell TECH University’s programs via telephone to prospective students.
Advise potential students on program suitability, enrollment steps, and resolve academic and financial inquiries.
Follow up with students post-enrollment to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term engagement.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.

Job Title: Telesales Executive
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Location: Pune, India
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM
Salary: From ₹30,000 per month (fixed + variable)
Benefits: Internal training programs and employee scholarships for further education
Skill Requirement
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for a proactive, sales-driven professional with excellent communication skills and at least one year of experience in a commercial or telesales role. Experience in the education sector is a strong advantage.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing sales role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (the role and selection process are conducted entirely in English).
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, ambitious, and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site office environment.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in the education, ed-tech, or training sector.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
