We are looking for a dedicated Student Counselor to join our team in a full-time, in-person role. This position serves as a vital link between students, parents, and our network of teachers, focusing on providing personalized academic guidance and ensuring a seamless educational support experience. You will play a key role in understanding student needs and facilitating their academic growth.
• Your primary responsibility is to counsel students and parents, assessing academic requirements, strengths, and areas for improvement to provide tailored educational guidance.
• You will recommend suitable courses, subjects, or teachers based on individual student profiles and learning objectives.
• A key part of your role involves coordinating effectively between students, parents, and empaneled teachers to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals.
• You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, conducting regular progress follow-ups, and professionally handling all incoming inquiries via calls, messages, or walk-ins.

• Coordination & Service: Proven experience in stakeholder coordination, managing follow-ups, and providing timely updates. Ability to handle inquiries professionally and assist in teacher onboarding when needed.
• Professional Attributes: A student-centric and solution-oriented approach. Must be a team player capable of working closely with internal teams to meet enrollment and service targets.
• Responsibilities: Ability to understand academic needs, provide guidance, and maintain detailed student profiles and counseling records.
