This role involves overseeing all aspects of domestic and international travel bookings, ensuring accuracy and exceptional service from reservation to completion. You will serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating seamless travel experiences tailored to client specifications.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-flight, train, and bus bookings including reservations, cancellations, reissues, and refunds.
• Coordinate with airlines, travel vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth travel operations.
• Provide clients with accurate information on fares, schedules, and travel policies.
• Maintain detailed booking records, invoices, and compliance reports.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and adhere to company guidelines.
