We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships and turning their travel dreams into seamless, personalized experiences. From crafting detailed itineraries to managing complex bookings and providing post-travel support, you will ensure every client receives exceptional service and attention to detail throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique travel preferences and requirements to provide personalized advice and recommendations.
• Create comprehensive and detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and activities, tailored to each client’s needs.
• Utilize travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) to efficiently book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
• Assist clients with visa applications, documentation, and stay updated on the latest immigration regulations and entry requirements.
• Provide dedicated post-travel support, managing claims, refunds, and gathering client feedback to continuously improve service quality.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new destinations, and global travel advisories to offer clients the most current and relevant travel advice.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in travel planning, itinerary design, and client consultation.
• Proficiency in using major Global Distribution Systems (GDS), particularly Amadeus and Galileo, for booking and ticketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address travel disruptions and client concerns effectively.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client itineraries simultaneously.
• Ability to reliably commute to or relocate near Ghatkopar, Mumbai, before starting work.
• Availability to join immediately is preferred.
