Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined individual to join our team as a Trainee Software Developer. This is an excellent on-role opportunity for a recent graduate or a candidate with minimal experience to build a strong foundation in full-stack web development. The role is designed to provide hands-on training and real-world project exposure, helping you transition from academic learning to professional software development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Learn, develop, and maintain web applications using the .NET technology stack.
• Assist in building and implementing features using C#, MVC 5, jQuery, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and work with MS SQL databases.
• Collaborate with the team to understand requirements and contribute to project deliverables.
• Participate in code reviews and adopt best practices in coding and development.
• Troubleshoot, test, and debug applications to ensure functionality and performance.
Skill Requirement
We are seeking a candidate with a strong academic background in computer science and a foundational understanding of web technologies. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, and has a problem-solving mindset.
Required Qualifications:
• Education: Minimum Graduate degree in Computer Science/Applications (e.g., B.E./B.Tech, BSc, BCA, MCA) with a First Class academic record.
• Experience: Fresher OR up to 1 year of experience (including 3–6 months of formal training or project work) in an IT organization.
• Pass-Out Year: Graduation year should be 2019 or later.
• Technical Skills: Foundational knowledge or training in:
• C# and ASP.NET MVC 5
• Front-end technologies: jQuery, HTML, JavaScript
• Database: MS SQL
• Web Application Development concepts
• Job Location: Primarily Work from Home, with the company office based in Thane.
• Residence Preference: Candidates residing in Western, Central, or Harbour lines of Mumbai are preferred for occasional coordination.
• Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Salary Package: ₹2,00,000 to ₹2,40,000 per annum.
• Bond: There is no bond associated with this position.
