Service Requirement Description
We urgently require a reliable and safe bus transportation facility for school students in Kalyan West and nearby locations. The service provider will be responsible for the daily pick-up and drop-off of students, ensuring punctuality, safety, and adherence to all regulatory requirements for student transport.
Key Responsibilities & Service Scope:
• Provide one or more certified school buses for dedicated student transportation routes in Kalyan West.
• Ensure safe, timely, and reliable daily pick-up and drop-off services as per a fixed schedule.
• Maintain the vehicle(s) in excellent condition, with all necessary safety certifications (e.g., FC, insurance, speed governor).
• Employ trained, licensed, and verified drivers and attendants with experience in student handling.
• Define and manage specific routes and stops in consultation with the hiring entity (school/parent group).
• Adhere strictly to all RTO and government regulations concerning school bus operations.
Skill Requirement
We are seeking an established transport contractor, company, or experienced individual with a proven track record in school student transportation. The provider must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and an unwavering commitment to child safety.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Valid Commercial Vehicle: Must possess a certified school bus (or fleet) with all legal permits (Fitness Certificate, Road Tax, Insurance, School Bus signage).
• Licensed Personnel: Drivers must hold a valid Heavy Vehicle license with a clean record. Attendants for student care are essential.
• Safety Compliance: Vehicle must be equipped with mandatory safety features (first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, seat belts, speed governor).
• Local Experience: In-depth knowledge of Kalyan West and surrounding area routes, traffic patterns, and school timings.
• Service Reliability: Must provide references or demonstrate a history of dependable, punctual service.
• Contract Type: This is a full-time, long-term service contract. The provider must be available for in-person operations in Kalyan.
