Kenico Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking energetic and motivated individuals for the role of US Dispatcher Process Executive in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time, night-shift position perfect for freshers looking to start their career in international logistics. You will work a fixed US shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST) and be responsible for managing outbound calls and coordinating transport operations for the US market.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Making high-volume outbound calls to carriers, brokers, and clients in the US logistics industry.
• Providing accurate and competitive shipment quotes and managing the dispatch process efficiently.
• Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with carriers and brokers to ensure reliable service.
• Resolving operational issues and queries promptly to ensure smooth shipment progress.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and support throughout the logistics process.

Skill Requirement
