Kenico Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Cold Calling Executives for the US Mortgage Process at our office in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time, night-shift role (US shift) where you will be the front line of our dynamic lead generation team. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective customers in the United States to introduce our mortgage services and generate high-quality, qualified leads.
You will play a key role in connecting with the US market, requiring you to maintain a professional, persuasive, and clear communication style. The position involves accurately logging call information in the CRM system, meeting daily and weekly call targets, and collaborating with team leaders to refine strategies based on customer feedback. This role is perfect for individuals who are motivated by targets and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the US mortgage segment.
• Introduce company services and generate qualified leads effectively.
• Maintain professional and persuasive communication throughout all calls.
• Accurately record and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and lead generation goals.
• Work closely with team leaders to improve calling strategies.
• Provide feedback on customer responses to refine scripts and approaches.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for motivated individuals with strong English communication skills and a confident, clear phone voice. Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or an international voice process is an advantage, but we welcome freshers as comprehensive training will be provided. The ideal candidate is resilient, able to handle objections positively, and driven by performance-based incentives.
Candidates must be willing and able to work the night shift to align with US business hours. Basic computer knowledge and a target-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
Required Skills & Competencies:

• Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.

Experience & Education:
• Experience in cold calling/telemarketing/international voice process is preferred; freshers are welcome.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Cold Calling and International Voice Process (required for experienced candidates).

• Pay: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives & Performance Bonuses
