E-Munimji Financial Panacea LLP is seeking a motivated US Sales Officer to join our dynamic BPO/Call Center team in Wagle Estate, Thane. This is a full-time, night shift role operating on US process hours (Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off). You will be at the forefront of our international sales efforts, engaging directly with US-based clients to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Making outbound and handling inbound sales calls with potential and existing US customers.
• Effectively pitching our products or services, addressing queries, and closing sales deals.
• Consistently meeting and exceeding daily and monthly individual and team sales targets.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all call interactions and customer data in the provided systems.
• Ensuring all customer communication is professional, persuasive, and aligned with company standards.

Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a BPO or call center setting, specifically in a sales role, with a strong preference for those with US process experience. Excellent command of English and a proven sales acumen are essential.
Required skills and qualifications include:
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, with BPO/Call Center experience mandatory. US sales process experience is highly preferred.
• Communication: Excellent verbal English communication skills, with clarity, fluency, and a persuasive tone.
• Sales Skills: Strong ability in sales, marketing, persuasion, and closing techniques.
• Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable and committed to working the Night Shift from Monday to Saturday.
• Attributes: Highly target-driven, self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection while maintaining performance.
