Job Description
We are seeking a target-oriented US Sales Officer for night shift operations at our BPO/Call Center in Wagle Estate, Thane West. This role involves directly engaging with US-based clients through outbound and inbound sales calls to promote products/services and drive revenue. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with a persuasive sales approach, ready to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while working during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound inquiries from US customers.
• Effectively pitch products or services, address customer needs, and close sales.
• Achieve and exceed assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and detailed call logs and update customer records in the system.
• Ensure all customer interactions are professional, clear, and compliant with quality standards.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a motivated sales professional with proven BPO experience, particularly in international processes. You must have excellent English communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to perform consistently in a night shift role.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Mandatory Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO/Call Center sales, with preference for US Sales process experience.
• Communication: Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent and strong persuasive skills.
• Sales Skills: Proven ability in sales, marketing, and closing deals over the phone.
• Work Ethic: Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient.
• Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable and reliable working the night shift (Monday to Saturday) with Sunday off.
• Location: Candidates based in or near Thane/Mumbai are preferred.
