Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site leadership position as Vice Principal at The Cambria International School in Kalyan. You will be instrumental in shaping the academic and operational excellence of the school, with a specific focus on the IGCSE program. The role demands a hands-on leader who will oversee daily operations, mentor faculty, ensure adherence to high educational standards, and cultivate a nurturing and high-achieving school community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the daily academic and administrative operations of the school.
• Ensuring the highest academic standards are met and maintained across all grades.
• Mentoring, guiding, and supporting teachers in their professional development.
• Assisting in the development, implementation, and review of the IGCSE curriculum.
• Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with parents and guardians.
• Fostering a supportive, positive, and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant educational guidelines, policies, and standards.
