We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our video content to life, from initial concept to final output. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging, high-quality videos that capture our brand’s essence and drive viewer engagement. You will handle the full post-production workflow for various projects, ensuring all content is polished, professional, and aligns with our strategic goals.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Editing raw footage into compelling full-length videos for YouTube and other platforms.
• Creating eye-catching thumbnails that maximize click-through rates and viewership.
• Producing short, impactful promotional videos and trailers for marketing campaigns.
• Ensuring consistent visual style, pacing, and branding across all video content.
• Incorporating graphics, music, sound effects, and color correction to enhance the final product.
• Collaborating with the content team to understand project vision and objectives.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented editor with a strong portfolio showcasing versatility and creativity. You must be proficient in industry-standard editing software and possess a keen understanding of what makes video content engaging for digital audiences, particularly on YouTube. The qualifications and details for this role are:
• Experience: Proven experience in video editing, with a portfolio demonstrating work on YouTube videos, promos, and thumbnail design.
• Skills: High proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic design tools for thumbnails (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
• Attributes: Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and understanding of platform-specific trends (especially YouTube algorithms and best practices).
