Key Responsibilities
• Edit and produce compelling YouTube videos using both conventional editing software and AI-powered platforms.

• Utilize AI tools such as Runway, Pika Labs, Descript, Synthesia, and ElevenLabs for content creation and workflow automation.
• Stay updated on YouTube trends and audience analytics to inform editing style and content strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop creative concepts and execute video campaigns.
• Continuously explore and integrate new AI tools and techniques to improve efficiency and creative output.

Qualifications & Experience
We’re looking for an editor with hands-on experience in YouTube content creation, proficiency in both traditional and AI editing tools, and a passion for visual storytelling and innovation.
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience editing videos for YouTube or similar social media platforms.
• Proficiency in professional editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Hands-on experience with AI video/audio tools like Runway, Pika Labs, Descript, Synthesia, or ElevenLabs.
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual and sound design.
• Creative, curious mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with motion graphics or animation.
• Understanding of YouTube analytics, SEO, and content optimization.
• A portfolio showcasing AI-enhanced videos or trend-aligned edits.
