We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will transform creative briefs into compelling visual content designed for social media, advertising, and brand storytelling. You will be responsible for producing high-quality videos and animations, leveraging both traditional tools and modern AI-driven techniques to engage audiences across multiple digital platforms. • Role: Create and optimize video content for social media, performance ads, websites, and brand campaigns.
• Key Responsibilities: Edit videos and design motion graphics, animated reels, and explainer content. Generate and enhance AI-driven video concepts, adapt content for various platforms, and collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to meet campaign goals.
• Performance Focus: Optimize all video content for viewer engagement, retention, and advertising performance.
• Job Type: This is a full-time, on-site position, open to freshers, with a monthly salary range of ₹20,000 to ₹30,000. Benefits include paid sick time.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is proficient in industry-standard editing and motion graphics software, possesses a solid understanding of visual storytelling, and has practical experience or strong familiarity with AI video generation tools. We value a keen eye for detail, an “ads-first” performance mindset, and the ability to stay current with digital video trends.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Experience with Final Cut Pro is a plus.
• Specialized Skills: Hands-on experience creating motion graphics and animations. Working knowledge of AI video tools (e.g., for avatars, transitions, text-to-video).
• Creative Fundamentals: A strong understanding of pacing, transitions, sound design, and visual storytelling. Basic skills in color grading and audio correction are required.
• Mindset: Must possess an ads-first, performance-driven mindset with the ability to edit content specifically for marketing impact.
• Professional Traits: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, manage deadlines, and stay updated on emerging trends in video formats and motion design.
