Job Description
OFFLINE, a creative agency in Mumbai, is seeking a skilled Video Editor/Videographer to join our team full-time on-site. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our video content, managing projects from concept through filming to final edit. You will create compelling visual stories for social media, brand films, advertisements, and other digital platforms that align with our clients’ creative vision and messaging.
Manage end-to-end video production, including filming, editing, color grading, and motion graphics.
Create high-quality, engaging video content for various platforms such as social media, websites, and advertisements.
Ensure all video output maintains brand consistency, visual style, and effectively communicates the intended message.
Utilize strong visual storytelling skills to enhance narrative flow and audience engagement.
Incorporate basic graphic design elements into video projects as needed.
Collaborate closely with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, plan shoots, and execute projects.
Apply a keen sense of rhythm and music selection to enhance the emotional and aesthetic impact of videos
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise and at least two years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate is proficient in industry-standard software, has a solid understanding of visual storytelling, and thrives in a collaborative, on-site agency environment.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
Strong proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
Expertise in color grading, motion graphics, and visual effects.
Basic to intermediate graphic design skills.
Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and narrative pacing.
Strong attention to detail with a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
A strong sense of timing and understanding of how music enhances video content.
Must be comfortable working in an on-site setting at our Chakala MIDC, Mumbai office.
