Job Description

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Media Production Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers invaluable hands-on exposure to real-world industry projects and modern production workflows. You will assist across the entire content creation pipeline, from video production and editing to multimedia content creation and social media execution. This internship is designed for individuals eager to learn and contribute to impactful projects in a supportive, hybrid environment.

You will play an active role in bringing creative ideas to life, supporting both pre-production planning and post-production editing for various platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a strong portfolio while gaining practical experience in a professional media setting.

Assist in video shoots, including equipment setup and providing on-location production support.

Support pre-production tasks such as shot-listing, gathering references, and basic scripting.

Help edit video content for social media, corporate, and marketing purposes using industry-standard tools.

Create engaging short-form edits (Reels/Shorts), basic motion graphics, and thumbnails.

Assist in formatting, publishing, and scheduling content across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Maintain organized project folders, manage footage backups, and coordinate assets.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is a media enthusiast with a good eye for visual storytelling and a passion for social media trends. You should be a proactive learner, comfortable in a collaborative environment, and eager to apply your creative skills to real projects. A positive attitude and openness to feedback are essential.

We are looking for a self-driven individual with foundational technical skills and a strong desire to grow in the media production field. The ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a hybrid work model will be key to your success.

Current student or recent graduate in Media, Animation, Film, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related design field.

Basic knowledge of editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.

Familiarity with Canva and an understanding of current Reels/Shorts trends and formats.

Good eye for framing, storytelling, and editorial timing.

Strong willingness to learn, take feedback positively, and work effectively in a team.
