We are seeking a creative and trend-savvy Videographer to produce compelling visual content for our social media channels, including YouTube and Instagram. In this role, you will be instrumental in showcasing premium properties and building our brand’s digital presence through high-quality video storytelling.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Shooting and editing high-quality video tours of sample flats and project sites.
• Collaborating closely with the marketing team to plan and execute content aligned with campaign goals.
• Staying updated on the latest trends in real estate videography and social media content.
• Managing the full video production cycle, from concept to final publishable content.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a proactive videographer with a strong visual sense and the ability to capture the essence of luxury real estate. You should be a team player who can also work independently to deliver tasks efficiently, ensuring all content meets our brand standards and engages our target audience effectively.
The required qualifications and skills include:
• Proven experience in videography, with a portfolio showcasing skills, preferably in real estate or similar fields.
• Strong understanding of the entire video production process, including shooting, editing, and sound design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with marketing and sales teams.
• A task-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail to produce visually stunning and on-trend content.
