Job Description
This role is responsible for managing the entire visa application process for clients traveling to various countries. The position requires meticulous coordination and follow-up to ensure a smooth and compliant experience from initial documentation to final submission. You will act as the primary point of contact, liaising between clients, embassies, and visa processing centers to facilitate timely and accurate visa issuance.
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Visa Processing: Manage the complete visa application lifecycle for multiple countries, ensuring each step from document collection to passport return is handled efficiently.
• Client & Agency Coordination: Serve as the main liaison, coordinating all communication between clients, embassies, and external visa facilitation centers (e.g., VFS).
• Status Tracking & Updates: Proactively monitor application progress at each stage and provide clear, timely updates to clients regarding their visa status.
• Compliance Management: Ensure all applications strictly adhere to the specific and often changing requirements of different consulates and visa categories.
