We are seeking a meticulous and organized Visa Process Executive to manage the complete end-to-end visa application process for clients traveling to various countries. In this vital role, you will be the central point of contact, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with stringent embassy requirements. You will coordinate seamlessly between clients, embassies, and visa processing centers, providing expert guidance and timely updates throughout the journey. Your attention to detail will be key to achieving a high success rate and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire visa application process from initial client consultation to final submission and passport return.
• Collect, meticulously verify, and prepare all necessary supporting documents for visa applications.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, embassies, and VFS/visa processing centers.
• Track application status proactively and provide clear, timely updates to clients.
• Ensure strict compliance with each country’s specific visa requirements and regulations.
• Maintain organized and confidential client records and application files.
