Job Description
SABIOCORP is seeking skilled and dedicated VMC/HMC Operators to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on, full-time role perfect for freshers or individuals with relevant shop-floor experience. You will be responsible for the precise setup, operation, and in-process inspection of our 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machining centers. Your core duty is to ensure the efficient and accurate production of components according to engineering specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform job setting, alignment, and fixture clamping on VMC/HMC machines.
• Conduct tool setting, including defining tool length, diameter, and work offsets (G54–G59).
• Operate machines using programs developed by CNC programmers and execute minor program edits.
• Handle tool changes, conduct regular tool inspections, and manage basic machine maintenance.
• Perform in-process quality checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure part conformity.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings with a basic understanding of GD&T principles.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Skill Requirement

Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: ITI or Diploma in CNC/VMC/HMC Machining, Mechanical, or Production Engineering. Relevant shop-floor experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of 3-axis/4-axis machines, rotary tables (for HMC), G & M codes, tool calls, and offsets.
• Operational Skills: Proficiency in job/tool setting, zero setting, and applying basics of speeds and feeds.
• Quality Assurance: Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and height gauges.
• General: Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a shop-floor environment.

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
