We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our Banking Voice Process team in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be the voice of a leading MNC, driving sales and building customer relationships in the banking sector. Your primary focus will be to promote key financial products and contribute to the team’s sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Generating quality leads and initiating sales conversations.
• Clearly explaining various banking products like loans and credit cards to potential customers.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.
• Achieving defined sales targets and performance metrics.

Key requirements for this position are:
• Educational Qualification: HSC (Class 12) or Graduate degree.
• Language Proficiency: Versant Level 3 certified proficiency in both Hindi and English.
• Location Flexibility: Must be willing and able to commute daily to our Airoli office.
• Role Suitability: A positive attitude towards a sales voice process role.
• Salary: Freshers can expect a take-home salary of ₹15,200, while candidates with over 6 months of experience can earn up to ₹24,000 take home.
